Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
For printed tees: 2–3 business days. For embroidery tees: 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link once shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@arcowi.com.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes. If COD isn't available in your area, it will show at checkout.
I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll resolve it quickly.
Where can I track my order?
