Arcowi – Return & Refund Policy

At Arcowi, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return & refund terms carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for prepaid orders only.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags intact.

  • Returns are not applicable on:

    • Sale or discounted items

    • White/light-colored products

    • Tanks/Stringers

    • COD orders


Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued in case of size unavailability. Instead, you may choose another product (price adjustments apply).

  • Refunds are processed only for:

    • Defective products

    • Wrong items received

  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit or coupon code (valid on your next purchase). Direct cash/bank refunds are not provided.

  • Refund initiation: Within 7–10 business days after quality check.


Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are allowed (example: ordered Black (S) → exchange for Black (M)).

  • Color changes are not allowed.

  • If the required size is unavailable, you may select another product of equal or higher value (price differences apply).

  • Exchanges are allowed for both prepaid and COD orders under the same conditions.


Return Shipping Fee

  • A flat ₹100 per product is charged for returns.

  • This covers packaging, quality checks, and two-way shipping costs.


Defective/Wrong Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@arcowi.com with order details & clear images.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra charge.
