Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for prepaid orders only.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags intact.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued in case of size unavailability. Instead, you may choose another product (price adjustments apply).

Refunds are processed only for:

Defective products

Wrong items received

All approved refunds are issued as store credit or coupon code (valid on your next purchase). Direct cash/bank refunds are not provided.

Refund initiation: Within 7–10 business days after quality check.
Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are allowed (example: ordered Black (S) → exchange for Black (M)).

Color changes are not allowed.

If the required size is unavailable, you may select another product of equal or higher value (price differences apply).

Exchanges are allowed for both prepaid and COD orders under the same conditions.
Return Shipping Fee

A flat ₹100 per product is charged for returns.

This covers packaging, quality checks, and two-way shipping costs.
Defective/Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@arcowi.com with order details & clear images.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra charge.
