Arcowi – Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days.

  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location.


Exchanges & Returns

  • No exchanges/returns on sale items or special promotions (including festive offers).

  • No returns on COD orders.

  • No exchanges/returns for:

    • White/light-colored items

    • Washed, worn, or tagless products

    • Tanks/Stringers

  • Exchange/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Example: Ordered Black (S) but need Black (M)? You’ll get Black (M). Color changes are not allowed.

  • If your required size isn’t available, refunds are not provided. Instead, you may select another product (price adjustments apply).


Returns

  • Prepaid orders only. Request must be raised within 7 days.

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags intact.

  • Return fee: ₹100 per product (covers shipping & packaging).


Exchanges

  • Allowed for both Prepaid and COD orders.

  • Same conditions as returns (unused, unwashed, with tags).

  • Not applicable for sale items or white/light colors.

  • Only size changes allowed.

  • If your size is unavailable, you can pick another product (price adjustments apply).

  • No exchanges for Tanks/Stringers.


Sale Items

  • No returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • No return/exchange on special promotions (e.g., Flat 799 Sale).


Cancellations

  • Cancel before order is shipped = No charge.

  • Cancel after processing = ₹100 fee.

  • Please contact us quickly so we can assist before your order is dispatched.


Defective/Wrong Product


Why ₹100 Fee?

This nominal fee covers:

  • Quality checks

  • Packaging

  • Two-way shipping costs

We charge only ₹100 (instead of full logistics cost) to keep the process affordable for our customers.
